Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. 
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. 
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Melisa Yarar, D'Aura Vie, Weidenweg 2/2/2.07, 4600 Wels, Austria, Tel.: +43 6506470962, E-Mail: info@daura-vie.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. B. a letter or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2. Please do not send the goods back to us free of charge.
3. Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
